A collaboration between cricketers Ian Botham, Bob Willis and winemaker Geoff Merrill formed after the English tour of Australia in 1978.  Fermented and matured in French oak hogsheads for 17 weeks before bottling.  The resultant wine displays citrus and melon fruit aromas complimented by subtle oak bouquet and a crisp, clean finish.
