An intense straw colour with an ample and lasting fruity bouquet. The palate is dry, soft and well balanced, due to its full body. Excellent with fish soups, grilled fish and dishes based on mushrooms. It is exceptional with lasagna made with sepia inc and dressed with prawn sauce. Best served 8°-10°C.
